Im lvl 52 Full str bower..
I wanna get some kind of a penon quest/warrior or fighter..
I looked it up on the site but it still says NPC in town are giving away the quests, which they dont...
Now where do i get a penon quest ??

Check the ingame help menu for quests. I assume people in hotan will have quests for them if they exist.

Not sure if you are at Isro or Sro-R.

IIRC you will find those quests in the outposts close to Hotan.
