SRO-R - problems with NPC

My friend is currently lvl 27 in Don. But according to him he cannot speak to the NPCs anymore, no matter for getting quests, potions, etc.

What's the matter?

If he is on gray bar he cannot speak to the NPC's that supply low levels with potions, he cannot get or complete quests and he cannot gain XP or drops.

If he is not on gray bar I have no idea

what does it mean, if he's on the gray bar? when does it "work" again?

Grey bar means that he is online for +12 hours, it resets daily at 00:00 joymax time.

I did some research. Seems if you are online 8+ hours you don't get any drops, exp and cannot do quests, even if you have not played 8 hours (it's only important how long you were online). This is crazy if yo ask me.

Anyway, is there a way to overcome this, e.g. by buying a premium ticket or something like that?

It got changed a bit, now after 8 hours you get a red bar with half the gain, half exp from mobs, less chance for drops and half the exp when handing quests.


After 12 hours you get the grey bar that makes you unable to grind (you can still pvp a bit, stall or something).



Afaik there isn't a way to be online more than that and get exp unless you are ready to buy silk on daily basis.

I don't really remember the name of that item dice but from what i remember it went up to 50 hours of "yellow bar" for like half the price of a premium iirc.
