probably its required to equip at Lv101 but penalties should go around when you reach Lv111+ or something, so its still important to level up your characters.

Would be slightly better if its damage while equipped by a lower player were lower than a 12d/11d weapon.

Yeah but not yet, they still got a couple of improvements / updates to do before increasing the cap even more.

why is everything 101, i think they should've stayed with diffrent levels for every gear piece just like before level 100

It is so frustrating, as I have not even finished my 12d Alchemy yet. I probably will never get to finish the white stats of my set, as this EGY thing suddenly raised the prices of all the stones, because it seems everyone wants their gbot parties full legend now.

I have not even finished enjoying 12d, and after this hearts, then 20% event...
