What is wrong with my sror?

It doesn't auto update I have to update it manually. So i got the update yesterday for 09 version now my version is 12 andi need to update to 13 and when i go to download the 13 update the only patch on the site now which sror says I need to go and dl it says it's not time yet and to patch on the day the update occurs.

just download the full client. took me like 5 minutes.

Try re-downloading the manual patch, lol.
It only took 4 minutes to download it.
