It's yellow so I would assume it has something to do with sp. Can't be sure though xD

This bar represents the recharge system, which is a recently implemented system to prevent botters from botting 24/7. This bar will slowly drop as your connected and after 8 hours it will reach it's end and start over but this time it will be red instead.

When the bar is red it means you can't work on/complete quests, can't claim pots and you get 50% of the normal drops and xp/sp rates while farming. After 4 hours more (I think) The bar will turn gray which means you wont get any drops or xp at all.

If you want to read further you can look back through the notices on SRO-R's homepage.

EDIT: Oh, and the bar resets every 24h, 00:00 standard joymax time which can be seen at the top of SRO-R's homepage.

That system is very cool actually. I like it. But it may get removed soon. Because of all the whining noobs who want to plvl and bot.

I think this is good, because I have been playing kinda a lot today and my bar is at about 30% left, so it's not a problem for a casual player, but for a hardcore player it might be. Certainly keeps the servers not full of bots.

This recharge system is interesting....I actually like it....keeps nearly everyone on an even playing field. ..grind for a few hours and when it is no longer worth the effort to grind you can then go PVP, CTF, BA, Thieving Hunting etc......But unfortunately for Joymax I won't be switching over after I've invested so much time and money into isro.....They shouldav implement this years ago the dam a-holes....

I like it too, it just needs fixing abit.
The thing shouldnt go down when your in town and it should reset when your online, i have also heard that if you lvl when the bar is red (4hours left) then you cant get your equips from the quest at 8/16/24/32/42/52 etc.

Does the charge reset if you are logged in at 00:00 Joymax time?

No :(

Edit : It seems they fixed it and it now resets even if you are logged in.

I disagree. It SHOULD go down when you're at town. It forces people to log off when they're not at their pc anyway. It prevents those people who just stand around in the city for hours and hours :)

So, it now resets even if you're logged in, right? Since I was at Bungs when the bar was at about 70%, I went to get some tea and when I came back it was full again.

the system "helps" but it doesnt punish bots at all... it just punishes everyone. you can still bot with no consequence but just not as long... still requires no effort at all to reach 100+

its too little too late and it hasnt solved the problem at all... just a good excuse. when jm starts to ban bots ill consider returning.

The only problem with the system is that time's running out even out of combat. So if you're running around or just stalling, you'll lose your time.
It's now 8 hours of 100%exp+4 hours of 50%exp.
Also, it's -----NOT----- about stopping botters, it's about stopping non-stop botters AND gold farmers.
This way even if people bot, they'll go offline eventually because they gain nothing, allowing other players to play.
It was pretty annoying on iSro to have all the servers crowded at day because 90% of the characters were gold-botters.
They succeded, I had a hard time finding gold-botters, "famous" farming spots are empty half the time and the server is never full. They did a great job.
Those still whining about the "small" amount of time they can play are one of the non-stop botters who ruined iSro too.
8 hours (+4) should be more than enough for everyone, especially now that leveling is easier and faster by far.
You could get a life instead.
