Hi.

Everytime I try to get new armors from the NPC, it keeps giving me this message:




Btw my recharge line is still yellow and full and i cant still get wepsons or armors

Lets start with the obvious first:

Are you sure that you are the required level to get these equipment ?

yes I am pretty sure, because I am lv 38 and still wearing lv. 23-29 armors.

heard more people complain about this problem. it really scks lol, there is no other for you to get better armor.

save tokens and buy som or sun >_>

Obvious question, why did you not get them at 32? It's not like you haven't been to town in between that and 38.

I think the obvious answer is because he couldn't get them since he was level 32

lvl 32 you can get 5th degree. I did. Maybe he abandoned his quest or something. You can't get them again if that happens.

I believe there is some bug when your "timer" is red, as you won't get those quests even if you level up.

I cant even get a shield/wepon or armor, and it would be very hard to gather generals tokens to buy my lv 42 wep/shield But it is strange that I can still get free potions/arwos etc.

You can get the pots/arrows because they are from a different Npc and they don't require a quest to take them.

hmm, maybe william is right. if you abandon that quest, you can forget them. and if your recharge bar is red or grey, you can't talk to any NPC and so you can't get anything from them.

next question are u chn in a euro town?

There are bugs for several things atm, extremely irritating.

1) Lvling up in red prevents you from getting any rewards for things like armor/weapon and the current event (pets, berzerker pots, free reset scroll, etc).
2) If you stay logged in before 00:00 Server Time, your Recharge Bar will not reset.

I had to learn about both the hard way, unfortunately.

you already played 8 hours?? then wanted to play more.

nvm guys made a ney char, I did not abandon any quests, but in the end i could not continue due to the lack of getting any new weps/armors

Hmm That could be the case. Didn't he say that he could still get potions though? Red timer means no potions.
That's still a major bug, but not one that should affect most people seeing as not many ppl even play past red bar.

Maybe find someone to powerlevel you or buy a SoX weapon (you can survive with lower level gear btw ^^).

He meant that he could get potions the next day

Potions (referring to the hp/mp/pills right?) can be gotten whenever, but anything quest related cannot. Sucky bug. =/

Actually you can't get anymore potions with a red or a grey bar, but you can get them the next day of course.
