if you look closely you will notice that before 2012 gap goes up , but right after that it goes down, because joymax announced sro-r will not be isro update. I would like to see how it will go down after one month, or few months.
now i went to rev6 and i saw this Total servers capacity together: 97,512/168,000 ~58%
maybe one of programs crashed?
now sro-r

interest goes up "ALOT" , but since joymax could not handle same problem, then it goes down quite fast.
Can we say that Joymax finaly farked them self? Even my friends botters quited sro "all of them" ( no they are not going to sro-r).
What do you think about this?

Don't we already have dozens of threads like this that are years old, so yeah sro will stay a few more years imo.

I think it's still a lot more alive than many other games and is still a viable option within the F2P MMORPG world. Silkroad NEVER had a lot of media attention or... well, really popularity in comparison to games like Perfect World, Shaiya etc. Really, though, it is slowly dying, just like every game does. Hopefully they just release a mass update in the form of a new game (such as Silkroad-r) to revamp it. However, if they DO do that, they need to do more than just change a few in game features. It needs to look and feel like an upgrade. New graphics, a few new major game mechanics, something to make it look like a 2.0 rather than a 1.x
Also, +1 to invisible. People have been saying "SRO is dead" since it was first made... lol. You're trying to raise statistics, but a steady decline is to be expected for anything. Someone could have pulled the same data at any point along that timeline to make that claim, therefor it is an effort, but pointless.

Its not only stats, but also my experience. I created this thread because today i logged to isro to chat with friends(i dont play for long time tho), and guild was empty. I went to fb and found one guild member online, asked why they are not playing, he told that they are all quited 3 week ago.
My server i played for years is like "new" for me since ppls i knew for alot years are gone "ALL" of them.

silkroad isnt dead because people google it....
silkroad is dead because the people who run the game arent people.
Poke to make the same comparison, it would be like playing CoD online against computer players...
if you want a mmorpg silkroad isnt it. if you want a single player rpg then go for something like buggy skyrim or ff
