Ok so i went out of my way to purchase the name change scroll for my character and every time I go to the premium service manager it keeps saying "You cannot use character name change items while in a party or while registered for party matching"

I am not in a party at all or registered and I disable my academy too and it is still saying this.
What on earth do I have to do?

The name change scroll is kinda bugged, it rarely works.

Never mind I figured it out.

It was because I had items in consignment
