[Silkroad-R] Missing an NPC?

I can't find the NPC that exchanges the tickets we get from consignment trading, for job equipment recipes, the same one that gives out the Magic Pop rewards. Did they move it some place else or is it not available at all during the OBT? How are we supposed to craft job equipment now?

They took him out with the pop guy. Save them til beta ends I assume they'll put them back. Also everyone has been bitching about this job system everytime a GM asks for suggestions from the users. So who knows if we'll revert back to the old one. If we do

If we do I'll add two more of these bastards:
Anyway, yes, the magic pop guy will be back after the open beta. We can get magic pop cards as a reward from one of the events, so I'm pretty sure the NPC will be back, haha.

I kinda wanna get Silk for this, but at the same time I think the majority of changes are for 1-70. However I think some quests do have increased reward xp beyond 70. Not much is different though.
