Is there a 100% way to get normal adv elixir?
ive been told many things some say +5 others say +7 and as for the full blues do all the blues have to be 100%? or it just have to have every possible blue on it?

No it's random. I have had +7 items give me nothing and +4 items give me B grade elixers.
