A new start [Players wanted]

Ok here goes.

This goes out to anyone who wants to start over and have some fun along the way.
My idea is simple, to have a small band of players become good friends. When I say small I mean only 8 including me, why 8? because its the max aloud in a party, basically I want to have a unique party/guild. No this will not be "normal", so I'm going to need people who are willing to do this.
My main focus in this adventure is to become a great band of thieves, [perhaps the greatest? :P ] since I think the best, most unique and fun aspect of the game is the *Job part.
The only thing that equals the job aspect part of the game, worth playing for, is playing it with people, people you can trust and like. To me this is a social thing, that means NO bot users.
You do not have to be a "seasoned" player, [nor do I think any will join since they are busy doing high lvl sutffs  ] but I do require some other things...
For one, you must pick one of the builds I will mention.
That being said this is the line up for the party.

Rouge/bard - This character will be in light armor and its main and only weapon will be the Crossbow. Your role will be to be a damage dealer (DD) and to provide some music to put a sprint in the party's step.

Rouge/cleric - This character will also sport light armor and its main weapon will be the daggers. Your main role will be to be a DD and provide a bit of assistance with magical and physical defense as well to be able to revive a party member.

Warrior/cleric - You'll wear light armor to benefit from the cleric passives. Your main weapon, one hand sword. Your role is to be the "Tank" and pull all the hate/agro from the enemy. My biggest reason to have warrior as cleric is to have someone that with tons of HP and defense and able to revive party members, well that and the light armor benefits.

Warlock/wiz - In robes, your weapons, the warlock rod and staff as a back up to deal maximum damage. Your main role is to be evil, oh and de-buff the enemy as much as possible. As sub wizard your role is to break out the rod in case of emergency, like if you need to run away fast or dissapear, or do some major damage.

Bard/cleric - You should wear light armor but robes might be better, your main weapon will be the lovely Harp. Your role in the party is to play music and lively up the party while still dealing damage. You will have some of the skills in cleric that the warrior WILL lack.

Bard/wiz - You will be the other bards twin, but with a bit of a twist, since you will be in robes and be able to deal a variety of major damage wielding a harp and Staff. Your main role is to duo with the other bard and amplify each others powers. As sub wiz you will have more skills in that area than the Warlock/wiz.

Cleric/Bard - It would be best to wear light armor since you will be the main healer and being full int you will need all the physical defense you can muster. Your main weapon is the cleric rod. Your main role is to be the Healer/buffer of the party, if you need to do damage switching to the harp will be your strong point.

The last player I'm sorta undecided, I have 3 builds in mind. Two of them I'm sure have been tested the third is a bit experimental [I think].

Force/Light/Ice- Wearing protector or Garments, since you are an elemental only build, you will have 2 weapons, Sword and shield when extra defense is needed and spear when maximum damage is needed. Your role is to be a nuker and to provide the party with safe spot to take a break. ( I have a character with this build its actually fun and with the force passive + snow shield, its actually sorta hard to kill )

Heuksal/Fire/Force - Wearing protector I think would fit this build best, Your main weapon is the heavy and deadly "Glaive". Your Role is to be a "tank" also and deal some major physical damage. Your secondary role is revive party members and provide a safe haven.

Bicheon/Light/fire - You MUST! wear armor, Your weapon is the sword and shield, and your role is to be the crazy suicidal Nuker that everyone loves. ( This is my choice of the 3 )

I know, some of these sound a bit odd, but I did say this was not going to be a "normal" band of [awesome] players. My idea for these builds is to focus on certain skills only so we can lvl fast and not have to worry too much about sp. And to make up for not having a certain skill another party member should have it or counter balance it, So basically we will depend on each other, and will have to band together at all if not most times. The other things I require from the members is dedication perhaps at least a year and to be relatively active, this will be more about the social aspect of playing an online game. Oh and about the builds, please don't "flame"
I don't really care to hear it, these are the builds I want for my party, I expect only the true crazy/awesome will join and thats just I want :D . I was going to try and make this look cool with pictures but I dont know how to do all that fancy stuff right now. Oh and yeah I do know I did not include a Wiz as a main and only as a sub :P

Feel free to pm me or if not just say something here.

You know, you'd be better off trying this on a private server. Isro is so dead, it's depressing.

*nods at signature*

Anyhow, good luck, regardless of what you chose.

Imagine if he would do something useful during that time, like inventing a stabile hydrogen-engine. He'd become the wealthiest person in the world :D

Comparing playing SRO to perfecting a hydrogen engine. Yep, that works.

But holy cow, 35 hours is almost like a second job.

Yea and most of us here go to college / school / university. Therefore 30 hours of school, + atleast 20 hours of work, 56 hours of sleep, 10 hours of homework, 20 hours of socializing (if you care about having a life) doesn't leave you that much for silkroad, no one will grind 5 hours a day unless they are really dedicated.

35 hours a week is stupid

Realistically you should think about 20 hours and I am being generous

EDIT: BF3 has been out for 2 weeks, I have played it 33hours in 2 weeks, with 8 classes of college, and I find that excessive, just to give you an idea...

Hm, you are obviously not from Earth. So welcome to our planet. Enjoy your stay here. Where do you come from?

lol, nice troll wolfe ;)

All kidding aside, I work 40-50 hrs per week and still find time to play 2-3 hours if not more per night.

Personally I wouldn't choose iSRO anymore, it's just too much of a grind and too high a level cap. Try a pserver with a little faster rate. Too fast and you're capped too quickly with nothing to do. Look for a pserver with events and trades, etc.

sure 20 hours sounds fine, whatever, I care more about players sticking around for the long run.
I guess the hard part would be to get our schedules together.

Oh, I thought you were just kidding about the "hundreds of hours per day" or maybe English wasn't your first language.

Pserver = private server, yes. Tas and quite a few SRF'ers are on Salvation.

And you still didn't get used to our time measurement? On our planet a day has 24 hours and not hundreds in case you didn't know that or forgot it. Your technologies seem by far more advanced than ours here on earth though. Currently we could never travel to another planet with intelligent life.

"ahem* "hundreds of hours per day" ? I believe that is exaggerating a bit. I laughed when you said that "maybe English wasn't your first language". In life it is sometimes difficult to convey what we feel with simple words or vibratory sound complexes. Either way, whatever.

Well, it is quite difficult to get use to something that does not really exist on this planet or any other, but yes I am quite aware that the beings on this planet play their lives out ona 24 "hour" system. Technologies shemologies, the simple pleasures is what makes "life" grand. Also I would have to disagree with your statement that "you" cannot or have not traveled beyond "this" solar system. Oh and before you question me on the whole "why are you here if your so much better/advanced" etc etc... whats it to you? I do what I want, and I felt like enjoying this planet and all its fruits.
