Haroeris bugs? Not being able to enter

Today I experienced something really annoying. As a union we tried to go haroeris..
We did our best to make the balance in our favor and succeed.

Result:

Reputation is equal, therefore nobody is able to enter.

Reputation point 300:300..
While we completed enough quests to make it at least 5.000+

Man that rep stuff sucks. It would be much cooler if both were able to enter if the rep were equal. Would make stuff much more interesting.

You were probaly delevering wrong quests you need to deliver quests at the santum of immortality guy aka the Proof of strenght 3 and the Temple dispute 4+
