Int Spear vs Hybrid Spear

Ok so heres what Im thinking. I have a full int spear thats doing pretty well but if i get piled by more than one party, I die very easily. Ive seen some videos of hybrid spears and it looks pretty cool. One of the reasons why I chose to make a spear was because I wanted a glaiver but I also wanted a build that could grind fast and do lots of damage, and the spear nuker just fell into place. If I was to transform my full int spear to hybrid spear (I love the spear attacks which is one of the reasons I want a lil more str) what would the str:int ratio be?
