Anyone know any good private servers that have a good +% Exp/Sp Rate, which also has High level cap and many players. Also needs to be with English speaking players..

Diamond Sro, Elite Sro, Blood Sro, etc.

All these are with 110 cap and most got insanely high rates.


There are so many relatively new private servers actually and most have stable servers.
