Adequate Union Size

Whats the adequate union size needed to protect or take the forts at Fort wars? Assuming that everyone member is present. I want to know if a full guild of 50 members would be enough thus rendering the need for an actual union pointless.

I've only ever been to one FW about a year ago and I couldn't tell. There were a few small to medium scale battles happening all over the place.

Afaik there is a 300 population limit for fortress war, meaning no more than 300 people can enter.

As for holding fort, the guild I'm in is able to hold with just 3 parties.

We use our union members to KB/KD the opposing/attacking guilds. Generally our union doesn't listen and they sign up for another fort or just try to take the fort for themselves.

To sum it up, we don't need a full union, more like 3-4 parties.

Depends on how good the members are (duh ^^). If everybody is equally good then a full guild would be more than enough.

If your oponent is smart and can actualy play and have a decent amount of poeple lets say 2-3 party's there is no way of holding a fort due to Reverse ress, My guild has been able to take a fort before where nearly 5-6 party's were bashing on our 1 party we simply kept ressing and destroying the towers.

All depends how skillfull your enemy is

Depends on your server too. I'm sure in some servers bandit is taken by a guild of mostly 12d people, in others maybe only 9 and 10d people play bandit. As far as my server, hogan needs a pretty hefty union to hold it, jangan needs a really good guild, or small average union, or huge shitty union, and bandit can be taken by me and my buddy alone.
