So, is my Lost Sword glitched or something? Ive been killing bandits for 2 days and the sword hasnt fell....Im diein here. I probably have to kill another 300 bandits but maybe, just maybe its gltiched or I missed a quest earlier that requires it for the bandits to drop? What do you guys think?

It took me literally about 9 hours of grinding on them for it to drop, it just takes alot of time sometimes.

k, Ill keep killin em, pick up a bunch of weapons doin so eh. Does it matter if you keep restarting the game? ie. Go to class, come back play, go to class? Does that reset anything to make my chances lower of getting it? Or is it just by luck?

It's pure luck. No doubt the item has something like 0.1% chance of dropping, so you gotta keep grinding if you want it. I was one of the lucky ones, it took me less than an hour. Look on the bright side though, you're probably making plenty of money

I was lucky with my first character - I got the sword pretty quickly.

I'm not looking forward to trying it again with my new character - I just got to lvl 16 ang got this quest.

After 3 days.....I got the sword. I guess it was worht dieing, and sp farming. I feel relieved...and nerdy that Im so happy over it. Ah well. Congrats to me.

I got lucky on this quest...I got the sword on the third bandit i killed...but my other char took me 6 hours to get it....but no matter how long it takes i lvl up my other char doing this quest...

This perticular quest pissed me off cause I could never get it so I just forgot about it and one day I'm killing Chakji and a bandit attacks me so I kill him and he drops the stolen sword.. hehe.. yea i got lucky with this quest too

i got this sword pretty quick too ! just wanted to share !

I was doing Hunting Tiger Quest together with the stolen sword quest.
At first i was quite worried how much time i gonna spend on the stolen sword quest. As many of the forumer said it will take days to complete it.
After i hunt enough of white tiger to complete the quest. I went to the bandit den, killing for around 30minutes while reading the forum.
Saw one of the forumer saying that he always got the sword at the middle of the den. So i went up to the middle of the den killing bandit there.
After around an hour of killing, there was 1 aarcher user that kept on KSing my bandit, while i was swearing 1 of the bandit drop a blue bag. I press Z and the blue bag written Stolen Sword(Enneis) something liddat.
Took me about 1 1/2 hour to complete the quest.

Ugh some of you guys got lucky! Actually, my friends both got the sword within two hours. Lucky bastards. I guess its the luck of the draw, sometimes it'll fall quick....other times it will take 3 days.

done it 5 times - all dropped it in less than one hour

Always inside the Stronghold - not necessarily in the middle - but always inside

I usually go in the east gate, turn to the right, stay fairly close to the fence/wall and kill whatever comes close (being pure int - i avoid being swarmed by too many mob's in the middle)

1 week i give up grinding off white tigers get rid of a pesky bandit and there it is that pissed me off a lot because it gave me hardly no exp considering how far ahead i went

Took me 1 and a half hours. just dont think about the quest. think of farming sp xp, and ull get it eventually. i cried when i got it, tears of happiness after a lot of grinding :banghead: :D

i say, get the quest if you are grinding in the bandit stronghold. if you dont get the sword, abadon it. or just leave it. maybe you get the sword from a bandit attacking your camel on a trade run when you are lvl 40

I got mine on the third bandit I killed after I obtained the quest, which was a champion bandit on the southwest corner on the rise, above that small camp of bandit bowmen.

Not that it matters, I have to stay 16 and kill a few thousand more bandits anyway, heh.

My friend got it at first kill by a giant BANDIT!

Yeah all luck. I was killing bandits for about 5 mins and it droped it! So I got super lucky.

Got my drop after 30 min killing , try champion / giant more chances

lmfao i killed 1 of em and got it....didnt even know i was doing the quest, just randomly killed 1 and got it

Heh.. Took me less than 30 mins.. I was killing at the south of the strong hold... inside then went out side.. popped one.. and got it.

i still havnt gotten it and i'm level 29.

got it randomly after one day of grinding at the stronghold. just hit a random bandit and poof it drops

holy crap! maybe drop the quest and pick it up again?? I got it after about 15 kills... my friend 3hrs.

i got it kinda easy actually. just run around and gather the bandits and use lighting or hueskal skills if u have them to instantly own them all

i got one on my 4th bandit. no lie.

but now i started a new char. and im SCARED.
