Choosing serv.

I noticed 2-3 servers are 'located' in the US, does that mean they are only english speaking or it doesn't have anything with that?
I'm looking for new server to start on, can't choose though, the only 'requirement' i hassssssss is ->
English speaking players > Turks, Arabs etc.
Which is the most eng server? I notice many ppl play on Azteca now.. ?

Azteca is a more legit server, and english friendly.

I play on Azteca and i have pure english speaking union.
But like other servers turks kill everyone in pvp even if oppoment is 50++ levels lower i really hate that >.> <-- off topic

Azteca has a bunch of English speaking unis.

Fixed.
If you look for an english speaking legit union, i'd suggest you to join Armathyx (for european timezone) or Winning (for US timezone).
