Freezing/Frostbite effect?

Quick question, does the ammount of effect on your skill affect both time and speed?

Speed, no. If you're frostbitten, you're frostbitten. I never noticed any change in speed. It does affect the time for sure though. Higher lvl of effect, longer the effect.

Are you sure? Because I tried it on a lvl 80 mob, maxed out Cold Wave vs lvl 1, and it's abviously longer, but i think faster aswell, sure looks like it.

And I remember in PvP when like a 100+ don't have Holy Spell / pills, they get REALLY slow, but I don't know. Maybe it's just time...

You're just imagining it. Higher level the skill the longer it lasts. That's all.

I love ice but wish it wasn't so useless in PvP.

It isn't. Blame the alchemy update and the European skills. I say skills, because axes have immunity. Though ice is just plain op to have if the person isn't immune.

Full immunity ruined ice. It's fine to be partially immune. Ice is very useful in those situations. Ice is OP when someone is not immune and has no pills.

Holy Spell/Fire Shield either need an update or just plain delete that shit. Acc give 80% resist anyways.

Holy spell should be reduced to 50% immunity. Give ppl a chance to get debuffed. Not like cleric can't cure it. It's also kind of messed up as is. I can't debuff a cleric who had holy spell on, (resist lvl 7 debuffs), and I'm casting lvl 8 bleed. Never went through.
