Increases, but not enough. 120 is only 100% and dash is another 1.5m or so.

Chinese cast faster and doesn't need to switch weapon, so it's good even with 100% only

Not Really... Considering the potions max out at 100%, you would think max lvl of a skill would be better than that. 110% is one of the skillchanges kSRO got. Wish they would import all of those to iSRO.

Agree'd. Why would a potion that costs 100k gold be able to have the same effect as something you spend thousandsssssssssss of skill points on. Annoying is the word that comes to my mind, considering I mainly play chinese.

Beta it is indeed 100%
And bards get indeed 130%.
But think of this.
Spend SP point for a skill or spend Goldpoints for a potion.
It is all depending on your finance ^^

That's not a good comparison considering by the time you reach 120 and get 100% speed, there is no way you can't afford those potions. The amount of gold for one of them becomes completely trivial. The SP however, is not.

SP required to max grass walk series ~ 87k sp.
You have unlimited uses of 100% speed which is not comparable with the gold you need to spend.
It might be 250k for 30 minutes of speed, but it does add up.
If I played 4 hours a day, I'd waste 2 milions daily for speed pots. Thats 60 millions per month which is equivalent to pickup pet clock.
You dont need more than 100% honestly, we had ~ 70% speed at 80 cap, if we could've played at that speed back then, I see no reason why cant we play like this, nothing has changed.

When was pet pickup clocks 60m? Like back in 60 cap? Those things are roughly 200-400m each depending on server.
So would you be cool if there was a potion that cost 250k that lasts for 30 mins but allows Chinese characters to use bless, or a potion that allows wizards to use knockdown and nuke?
It takes much longer to farm and lvl up the skill than to earn 250k to buy the pot.
THAT is why it's unfair.

If all the builds in game (and every build in game has opportunity to have IMS - be it grass walk series or bard) had knockdown in their skill list, I would be cool with that.
