Alright, we all know 120 cap is coming.
So what does this bring.

12D items!
Magic / Rare / Legend 12D . Awsome stuff but...

Let us remind you how we get to 12D.
We have to make 11D into 12D stuff by making them +7.

And how do we make +7. By buying Immortal stones!
*Note: For Rare / magic you can wait for drops with immortal on it though.

So for players without a big financial budget.. What does 120cap brings us?
Obviously not 12D items, since we can not afford immortal stones.
So we are stuck with our 11D sets.

So here we are fighting monsters level 120 with a 101 set. Thats gonne be hard for our pure int chars.
Get hit 1x and we instantly die. For our pure STRs , you rush to a mob and as soon as you get attacked you already have been ksed by a Pure int with a big budget.

You have 3 options:

1) Stop bitching and quit
2) Stop bitching and deal with it
3) Stop bitching and get a job

First of all if you actually look in town there is tons of people selling immo and proofs. Thus you don't need to spent any money to play. Secondly this is very common. Age of conan for example which just went "f2p" limits the free players to not being able to do dungeons and a few other things, so no I'm not very surprised, JM is just following the others.

But personaly i think its kinda awkward.

Besides buying immortal stones for ingame gold. Dunno about your server but in our server you easily pay 250-300m.

Not that easy to get for non-botters. I got lucky a couple times with a nice drop (2x nova staff for example and couple CPs.) so i can not complain about my money stack.

But i assume for other legit players this is out of reach for sure.
That is why i think 120cap will ruin more for our community here then anything else. ^^

Do you realize that you will get normal 12d drops gear/equipment and tablets/elements when 120 cap is realised from 10x > 120 mobs?

when 12d comes, there will be different tiers of 12d

Silkroad has always been imbalance, of course the more money you invest the more benefits you get.

You're implying Silkroad was ever really free to play.

dont think it woulb de so hard to lvl up in a pt of 8 with an 11d set on 120 mobs, i have a wizzard in a pt of 8 lvling on mobs 108-110, and i was to lazy to make him a 11d set so i kept on using a normal 10d set +4 fb and it wasn't that bad, wasn't bad at all i think. And now Novas are really cheap so if you make a nova set +5 i think u'll be able to survive, as long as its a pt of 8 i guess, or at least have a cleric in ur pt.

first of all... your assuming.. dont assume

try this game if you are sick and tired of SRO SRO is a huge money sink... no reason to waste $50 a month on a F2P game to stay competative.

At least suggest a good game. Like WoW.

No F2P game is F2P. Paying players will always have an advantage.

Deal with it.

Can you play the game without paying a penny? Yes you can. It's free to play. Can you buy the 'required' items as you say that is needed without real money? Yes you can.

I can already tell you that wont be the case. At least ksro doesnt have it.
And beta isro doesnt have it either.

Silkroad has been shitty since the 80 cap. I quit and never come back, I suggest you to do the same.
