Today, I sold 3 items for 25m, 15m, and 300k, and when I went to collect my money, I guess I switched from that tab to the 'search' tab too quickly, because I got disconnected. When I came back, the 25m was gone (not in my inventory), and only the 15m and 300k items were shown as sold... so consignment scammed me out of 25m.

The other day, I tried to list an item for 85m (850k deposit) and it was too laggy, so it didn't list properly and I lost 850k, and I thought THAT was bad...

It's pretty ridiculous that the system is SO buggy and they can't be bothered to do anything about it. If you are taking a large amount of money out of the settle tab, I suggest you be very very careful and wait until the money appears in your inventory before you switch tabs -_-.

Consignment system never failed me.

I encountered same problem too and reported to JM.I lost nearly 100m.Here is the answer.As u can see they did nothing, only mimimimimimi

I got the same response.

ROFL, if you lost some millions, than they are really lost. JM will never give you back those. I have lost 1-2 mils too, but I wasn't that cautious, I accidentally switched to search when I pressed settle button too, and some millions gone cuz I got DC at that time.
I think in consignment, you have to be very cautious and don't make fast moves, cuz it will cause you DC or some sort of bug(not moving). Yet, JM have to do something about this, but I don't think they will. Because now they have Legend 8 and other stuff to do, lol.

the consignment trade npc is fishy, he scams!

I wasn't trying to get my money back, I know better than that. I just want them to fix it so this can stop happening but that doesn't seem likely either.
