Having a problem with joymax at the moment (not surprised tho). 23 days ago I tried to buy silk as I usually do. I used my visa as I normally do and processed the transaction through moneybookers which is one of joymax's method of payment. While the transaction went through successfully on moneybooker's website it didn't go well when I was returned to silkroad's website. I was greeted with a "transaction error please try again" message.
I quickly filed a report and waited to get a response...it took 5 days. I got an automated response saying they're looking into it. more days pass then they finally get back to me saying they didn't see where I've made any purchase on the date stated in my report. I kept sending them reports after reports (Even threats of charging back) saying that they need to check with moneybookers....after more days of no response they replied saying that I should contact moneybookers myself to clear this up
I contacted moneybookers to confirm. Moneybookers was very helpful and confirmed my purchases and said yes they have on record a successful transaction. My visa statement came in the mail showing further proof of purchase. I asked them to contact jaymax for me showing them the proof. They tried on several occasions with no real breakthroughs. They gave me what they call a receive transaction ID and said I should send it to joymax. I am now waiting to see what joymax will have to say now that they have some proof.
If I don't get what I've paid for then that's it for me. Been playing on and off for a very long time now....I never liked joymax but I do like their game enough to still play it. I'm not surprised at their incompetence and do feel I'm partially responsible for being in this situation. But in all these years I never had a problem with silk payment, so I never had any real reason to doubt them being incompetent in that area. If I'm credited the silk I paid for I "Might" continue. If not then its done. I'm done. I'm not ranting or raving just shelling out my thoughts. And oh yea... if it is still possible at this stage I will be charging back

I said I was just shelling out my thoughts...not asking or wanting anything from SRF...simply sharing...A lot of us have had some bad experiences with joymax...for the first time in years I am now of those people.

It is an automated process... sometimes things can go wrong.
Is joymax at fault? Yes. Is joymax taking for to long to correct themselves? Yes.

Yeah ofcourse, that'd be pretty awesome. Sue them for crap load of money, they'll give in with an apology because they don't need bad reputation right now +

I don't know how to express myself here, English isn't my native language, I want to say something like, they will give you the money gladly and the amount they would give you would probably be A LOT for you but very little for them because you are 1 person and they are a company 
)

man i loved this game... i had tons of fun. meet new people and was beyond awesome!!.. joymax sux do your self a favor and quit... i quit for good and guess what its awesome.!! sro is a total waste of time and money... i actually might just give the id and pw of my account on srf.. maybe will contact mod to make sure its cool.. and my char is 108 full nova =/ ...

I'm not surprised if JM has put a line in their terms that says something like "Joymax corp. is not responible for any transaction errors and will not return payments. It's your own fault, bitch!"

I just bought 2k silk, and my problem is that my bank account got debited, but there is no silk in my account....

Well its been almost a month but I finally got what I've paid for. They've finally credited my silk. I was more concerned about not having some dim witted incompetent corporation like joymax rob me than anything else.

When you use all silks, quit iSRO. That will be a lesson to Joymax how to mess with their customers.
