Lol , yeah joymax only wrote it in the buff list and you can only see it after you buy the expert package .
Joymax tried to remove the preferred access for 2 weeks then they returned it back as almost none that used to buy expert package only for the preferred access bought the premium plus .
(BTW preferred access is now working on Expert Package ) .
Joymax only recently noticed that the more greedy they become the less money they are going to gain , like at the 50% Astral , Immortal discount.

another thing is that the purification fruit quest can be done 24/7, u dont need gold time to do it which i liked a lot with the 12 dollar ticket.

You can enter instantly in some servers without preffered game access , So it is not always the case .
