I'm just stalling in Gaia and what did u know.. I'm seeing that Isyutaru has spawned for about 30 times already ATM.. Every time when someone kills her, she respawns.. O_o Tiger Girl and Uruchi had this bug too, but not as much as Isy... O_O What is going on? What kinda bug is that?

It's a bug. It happened 3 or 4 years ago. I remember it well, when I was around level 40 and beat a 64+ nuker to the kill.

Yeah, it's a bug like the old one in '06 Dec. TG and Shaitan are spawning in a row on Oasis.

alrdy killed two uniques jaja.

Aww, I didn't have luck with this, I've missed all Cerberus. And lol, Isy just spawned for about 40-45 times.. O____o

People still play on Gaia? I have a couple noob characters there.

looooool... 06 wasn't a bug, that was a hacker spawning the isy's back then. Now, no idea.

Yeah. When I created char, the Gaia server was three-four mounths old. There were some legal people to play with, but when I left my char for about half a year. The server probably died of turks and egyptians, so there aren't very much left of legals. Almost everyone is boting, but still, I play there cuz I have there my new friends from my country(there were none when I played year ago).

Dunno, but it was weird. Because Isy spawned like 50-60 times in a row. Other uniques spawned 1-10 times in a row. But that was really crazy. xD

It's still a bug. A flaw in the software that allows a user to do something they shouldn't be doing. Or more specifically, call it a vulnerability. A bug that can be exploited for malicious purposes.

Hmmm what is the reward of killing uniques?

Huge exp / sp ( almost nothing if you are +30 levels more than the unique ) , but people just like to get their name showed for the whole server for very few seconds and to increase their Unique count at Rev6 .

I hate when that happens, it would be good that JM make a restriction when killing a Unique, the best way to do: that you couldn't target it or smth. The most cruel thing I thought that you would get some sort of penalty, for example when you are 90 lvl and kill Tiger Girl, you just could get a PK for a while or instant death. LOL, that would be efective.
But silly me, it won't happen >.<

You're an idiot if you're talking about the '06 incident as well. Back then, the hacker literally spawned them, they had gm powers and everything. SoM 42/52 weapons were given out. It wasn't a bug exploit or "vulnerability" back then, except for whatever they used to get their actual gm powers.

It have happened since 2006. I mean, I remember this happening at 2008 as well. And if I'm not mistaken, it happened at Xian at the beginning of 2010 as well.

So yeah, it happens from time to time

I wasn't talking about specifically '06 or '08 or '11 or anything. I was just talking in general. In the end, there was (is) still a bug of some sort that allows these spawnings to happen. Whether that bug is something that allows you to get GM powers and do "legitimate" spawning, or a bug that allows you to send a malformed packet to the SRO server to cause Isy to spawn, or a bug that causes random changes to memory on the server that just so happen to cause the software to jump to a location in memory that causes the code to execute to spawn Isy... It's still a bug.

that just a minor glitch in the unique packet in server.
