You sign up a team of 7 players, get teleported to secret room, rape unique ASAP, and try to get the best time in your server. In return, you get sp scrolls.

Nope , it is an event place , i think that that fortress dungeon never came to isro (yet?) .

The Fortress Cave and that event are 2 different things. Anyway i wouldn't have thought, that i could win at that event with just lv.83. And that 10 SP scrolls will be really usefull.
The fortress Cave is already implemented in ISRO too. You can enter it 3 times and there will be different rooms for different level ranges. Each level range (Lv.60-80, Lv.80-100, Lv.100+) has one room with elite monsters (pandora monsters) with insane spawn rate and another room with some uniques. It costs 600k and some gp to enter that cave though and you can only stay in it for 20 or 30 minutes (i didn't really pay attention on how long it was) With a decent team and enough dmg that fortress cave seems to be pretty usefull, but so far we always lacked dmg. in our pt. The lv.9X people seem to get a lot EXP in the lv.100+ room though.

An event based on killing uniques is pretty lame... Now if they held a triathlon where the groups of 7 PVP each other then try to outdo each other on trading and thieving (successful trade or thieving wins) then added on this unique killing at the end that might be interesting... Winners get more than just SP scrolls.
