The new job system needs to be seriously looked at

From what i've seen, the new hunter vs thief expansion has killed the job aspect of the game. Job activities used to provide a decent way of making money in the game but now it doesn't pay for anything and it's all about crafting and making job equipment that barely helps. As for target trading, the entry level to participate in it is job lvl 71, way too high. Nobody in there right mind is about to spend months of their own time getting to that job level, it's just not worth the time to grind for.
If joymax reads their forums, there's two things you guys need to do to really improve your job system.
-Make job equipment more significant in what it does. A player level 50 with job lvl 20 equipment should be able to stand a fighting chance against a player lvl 70 thief with no job equipment. Currently, having job levels, skills, and equipment means nothing in terms of strength or survivability in job mode, so why participate?
-Give us back our ability to make money in job mode. Make job equipment worth something to npc's. Currently, stones are worth 0 gold and any job equipment is worth 4000 gold if sold to npc's. While there is trade value in these items between players, it isn't bringing money into the game. I see as a problem because there are so many sources where money is lost like from buying pots and equipment from npc's, but there aren't enough sources of money generation.
Please either fix the current job system or bring back the old one!
