When I try to open item mall, nothing happens. Instead it gives me error in the notification: "Client is damaged. Please reinstall the client after download The Full Client"

I believe I still have some few silks left. WTF

You have to go to the website now, log on as the account, then pay for silk items through their web-based mall. After it's confirmed go back into the game and click on that little golden chest towards the upper right. You can let the silk items sit there for a bit - dunno how long - or take them.

Only way to buy silk items now.

edit: my bad, you can purchase avatar items in-game still.

Did you try .. um .. Reinstalling the client again , it did ask you nicely after all .

I dont want to re install again since I have read a lot of problems regarding the manual patch after you install the client.

Also. I just want to check some silk items. its a fck up decision to remove ingame item mall.

But there are still the Item Mall and Avatar Item Mall left in game. Can i buy from these too? I'm too lazy to log in.

atm, you cannot open item mall in game. but you can open avatar mall.

You CAN open Item Mall in-game. You just need to do what the game asked you to - download the latest client (using the P2P option) and reinstall. I had that same issue too right after the super long inspection, but I had no problems whatsoever after I reinstalled using the latest client. I didn't have to use a manual patch either.

This Dload the new full client and it works perfect.. I had to do it also to buy a Prem+.

i can also open both item mall and avatar item mall in game with no problems. maybe your pc is just a big suck?

yeah same here. u have to buy through site only.

It doesn't depend on pc , it is just that most clients got missing or broken files After that un-ordinary long inspection (+15 hours) .
