Current client version

What is it?
I played back when the new job update came out. That client says it's 1.296. But anytime I try to play on it it's like, "You must download manual patch to play this". But then I install it, try to patch it, but nothing changes, I still can't log on.
So, I re-downloaded the client today, but apparently this recently downloaded client is v1.295. And it still tells me to download the manual patch. But afaik the manual patch was for updating clients to 1.295, not for clients that are already 1.295.
Tl;dr: My current client is 1.295, and it says I must download the manual patch. Why?

download with the official download manager,, the other links are 295,, and the via manager you get the newest version 301 or something...
only way is > download manager..

just uninstall and reinstall. real men dont patch.

Afaik The manual patch updates The client to the last server inspection , just don't forget to put the manual patch at the game folder .
It is by default @ C ---> Program files ---> silkroad .

I've patched the client before, when the job update came out, with no problems. I don't really know why I'm having problems with it now.

That was another patch to make it quicker when the job update first came but they removed that one and entered another one that updates the Client to the last server inspection and removed the auto update of the inspection from the client file .
So just download that patch and put it in the gaming folder and it shall work
( btw less than 12 hours before the next server inspection so you may want to download the updated one after the inspection ) .

About patching, Item Mall did not work for me. And I wasn't the only one with that problem. I had to download the new full client to fix it. Don't know if they've fixed that yet.
