Not really, I just cant verify my character so I wanted to ask them for suggestions on how to fix.

No one knows my SA so no one can take my account.

It will probably be easier to just send them a support ticket. That way you're sure you'll get in contact with the support team

I have been waiting 4 days on a reply so I doubt I'll get one.

I sent one over 2 weeks ago about why USA still got Ip limit and other countries got limit 5 or none, even tho they said it will be the same for all... and still no answer hehe

Why even bother? When I was playing back in 2007 they didn't give a shit about their players. Is it still an issue?

Actually not true, I had an issue back at 80 gap when I bought silk and the payment failed so my character got banned. I called them and they gave me an email address to contact them on and I got unbanned after talking with them and redoing the payment.

really?

cause I still got 5 chars banned due to an error in the payment. it's been 2 years now though. but got atleast 7/8 bill on those 5 chars, so I wouldn't mind getting them back.
