Well, today i got my char back after 2 years being hacked and leaving silkroad (i borrowed my char to guy who hacked me back in days).

Now is my question to you, do they gonna rollback? If they do is it only server side or information though?

A friend of mine did a support ticket to Joymax and got a reply saying that there will be a rollback as they want to help their "valued customers" and their support team is working on fixing the system as we speak.

If the rollback does happen then server side and account side will all be changed back to before the inspection.

Okay, now i collected all info that i need to get my char back then, if they do rollback...

I honestly don't believe that they're gonna do a rollback just cause so many of their "valued customers" disregarded the "Joymax Terms of Use" and lost a character that they shouldn't have had in the first place.

He was one of the people who was hacked and is a trusted person on my server so I don't think he would have gained anything from lying. He sent me a PM with the reply from Joymax but I have disconnected or I would have posted the full reply.

@above: another srf-er showed his JM's response where they said they wouldn't do a rollback. But as I said in a different topic, they shouldn't do one. But if they do then no biggy, if they do wewt items!

Meh, I see no reason why I, someone that has done nothing to comprimise my account, should have to lose out on the hours of grinding I put in these past few days because there were a bunch of inbreeds that thought purchasing a character was a good idea even though Joymax constantly spams my chat with a giant wall of text saying not to delve in that sort of shady business.

Make better choices, you fucking deserve this.

I assume they will only reset it to right before the inspection yesterday so I don't think you'd miss out on much o.O

after all my lvling up they better not, i took out osama the other day and im still kinda blood thirsty

They didn't see that pink text , that's why they didn't follow the instructions .

That's not my fault, their ignorance is no cause for interruptions in my gameplay.

by the way, USA is fucked. you can only buy certain silk items (like immortal stones) by premuim silks. And guess what? USA cannot buy prem silks.

i lost my char at lvl 80... now he made my char 98 xD hahaha ROFL

I know the rollback is not a 1,2 operation but they should have been ready for it , that's why they upgrade their database every week and the longer the time that passes , the less chance of a rollback .

Getting some string database error while trying to verify an account. Any idea what the problem is? Tried it with both IE and FF

I voted NO ROLLBACK.

And thats not because I got something cool or something.
It is because the guys/girls who lost chars did it themself.

Joymax gave you 2 weeks to email verify your chars. If you DID verified your chars, there is NO way you could get hacked.

So for all those who cry about their chars being hacked. Own fault... for being to lazy to not verify your chars.


*For those who dont know, if you verify your char they need to read your email as well. Because you can only request the password on your email then.

Try at nights, cause i think the database is overloaded by kids/hackers... i did same at night and worked well for me, otherwise try IE instead(or FF)

backing up game data is much easier than account data. Joymax won't do a rollback, they'll take the loss.

this game will never loose , 100 might leave 200 will come later... this game is so addicting that i bet that more than 50% of the people who got hacked will stay, make a new char or just play with a diff char they had, and even buy another char that is not verf...

No, there is not gonna be a rollback. Joymax already replied to several people saying that, and I've been posting the Joymax response in at least two of the other "rollback" thread. Go find it, if you want.

Besides, Joymax announced for a very long time that people should verify their e-mail address and not tell the secret answer and id and password to anybody. Doing a rollback would be like going against their own rules.

Oh, and congratulations on getting your char back

Roll back is impossible now, cuz 2 days have passed already. they should have rolled back in the first 12hrs if they had plan in doing so.

i doubt theyll rollback. if they do w.o warning thats screwing the players who are playing and +ing their stuff and so on.
they shouldve roll backed right away or much sooner
