Or are the legit guilds of Azteca slowly dying?

They are. There's simply not enough people willing to play legit anymore.

Indeed it was, decided to leave those guilds and avoid the stuck up pricks(lots are nice though )

it's not you. it's just a SRO law i guess.. same thing happened on Venice. it's fun and easy to be legit when you're still low level. but once you reach higher levels, grinding becomes more boring and botting becomes more tempting.

Yeah, it ended up that we kept finding people in power levels and botting, even some of the hardcores :|

From what I've seen in my short time on Azteca, new people are joining the legit community literally every day. I don't know how it was before I joined, but the guild that I'm in right now (Armathyx), is anything but "slowly dying".

Well, the time is coming that FW2 will come out and then the avalon movement will go there. Then it will be dead expect for the SRF members there. But the practically high players will die out..

Apparently Ava union tried for fort (before server crashing) so obviously the high lvls are not dying out..the lower lvls just doesnt have any parties so most people don't seem to bother joining.

not true, if you level up with a legit party for 3 hrs a day.... you will level faster then bots.
need proof? im pretty sure avalon guild and union got fast pretty quick on venus and no-one questioned them?

when i mention avalon union i ment the whole union not just fly and nightbloom... this always happens when people talk about avalon they assume fly and nightbloom ARE avalon but as ive said before, ive been in there union for over 3 weeks and not even seen them online.
avalon union is about a legit movement, not a dictatership ran by Fly.

Sarcasm aside, I was talking about Venus and that whole "movement" in general.

3 hours a day is a pretty big commitment, seeing as how most legit players I've played with work for a living.

Not really. In our core-Avalon party on Azteca, just about everyone had a job and/or school. We still managed to play for three hours a day.

i ment ive been on azteca for 3 weeks and azteca is still active without nightbloom or fly online at all. on venus there was a group of people that still managed to level legit fine without fly or nightbloom and the same is happening on azteca.

3 hours a day isnt that much, in fact i think most of Asylum have a job or school and can fit more then 3 hours in, 3 hours goes fast when you have a good party playing all together having fun

it's not just azteca buddy, The whole of silkroad is dying, server traffic, the fun in this game has slowly deteriorated.

i dont think that a lack of legits is the issue. i think that its the fact that a person cant get past lvl 40 without plvl because there are watchers everywhere. city gates, the bridges at the scorpions.
and maybe a lack of legits, possibly.

There may be less people than before, but there are still enough active people in the union. Currently we seem to have a solid pt core for 100s, for Chasers and another pt core for Sungsungs is about to form currently. You can still enjoy the game with the people that are currently available. The guilds in the union got reorganized too, Eternal is a guild mainly for lv.70+ people from european or similar timezone. I stayed at Armathyx with some Lv.7X friends and made it into a guild for lower level people from europe. There still seems to be a constant, but lower stream of people looking for a legit guild. At least it's not that hard to replace the inactive people and keep the guild at 50/50. Asylum seems quite active too and it's 50/50 almost all the time too.

Actually i think, that we only lost that people, who were not really serious about being legit anyway. That kind of people, which only stay, while everything is running fine. But if there are some minor problems or periods without pts, they'll give up and do something else instead.

Another reason may be that some people are currently really busy with studies or other RL stuff. I know at least 3 people in my guild, who are currently taking a break due to that and there are probably more people in other guilds of the union.

Don't think so. There are always people on and available to party in the rare cases when I have a break from work. I wasn't able to play for the past month or so due to work/AT&T sabotaging me but lately I've been able to get on and help the lvl 2x's get up to speed.

In the end it is up to yourself to determine what kind of experience you have. If you are unwilling to create a successful party or join an active guild or make friends to party with, you will not have a good experience.

I myself just simply got bored. Had just reached 76 and was using my 76+7 sun staff but Meh it was just boring

botting has become so common that even the game designers take it into account when developing new content.

grind MMOs are obsolete, take a look around and tell me what MMORPG game has the most success.
