As many of you probably noticed the Server traffic has been going up and up the last couple weeks.

I have been monitoring it for sometime with the help of Rev6.
And here is the good news:

Server traffic is growing Linear..
So it increases steadily.

Here is the bad news:
Traffic times are getting insane soon.


During the last few weeks I have seen a steady increase in Zeus server with 8-10mins of traffic more every week.

Currently the login time is about 60-70min unregardless of the time.
On other servers I have seen this increase as well.

So here is my discussion point:

Silkroad needs to stop the Goldbots again with the Statues (Cuz they got removed begin march!)

Do you agree or dont you agree ^^ And Why

dunno. don't have any problems on helios, always 1 try any time of day.

I saw quiet alot of goldbots at samarkand just standing waiting for a new route when a statue of justice was placed in thier way (or was it slave watchers ) .

So even if you cut thier road you won't clear any server capacity .

and ouch , an hour to enter . i usually enter in 1st try or in 5-10 minutes delay ( except for arena matches time where i have to wait +15 minutes sometimes ) .

there is still statues. what are you talking about?

Ya, very bad traffic. I've tried login 2 hours now and i play on Olympus. Server is full of gold bots.

just spawn some friggin slave watchers and tadaaaa

spawning slave watchers doesnt boot them from the server jaksje.

Statues come and go as they sometimes disappear from specific servers for a few days ( No idea why ) , Sent a bug report to joymax when they disappeared from my server and they said they are informed that there are statues there .

in oasis there are lvl 1 scrubs chillin in hotan and constan again for no reason... this along with the removal of cheaper premiums has me wondering lol

Aege has been shitty already since like 2 weeks.

Takes a few hours to login.

EOS is getting bad, there was no traffic and now the last week there has been some traffic but it's getting worse and worse everyday imo.

Yeh same with Zeus.


Off course other servers have less time because they are relative new.

But its getting insane again and on Zeus we got 2-3 bot statues on useless spots..

Currently my longest login was about 2.5h @ zeus

I was just about to post something regarding this very issue....I know being on Venice means I have to wade through the throngs of goldbots and whatnot, but for the past few months, getting on during the week was no problem. Sure, the weekends were a bit tougher, becuz of the noob support event or whatever it was, but I could still get on in like an hour. The past week or so has been ridiculous, though! PoC on Rev6 has been less the 5% constantly... I'm really tempted to move to another server, but I hardly get time to play as it is, and I really don't feel like starting over... Hypothetically, though, if I did switch, what server u guys think I should go to? Looking for legits of course, and some friendly players....

Well I just got in after a couple hours, so I'm off!

They all suggest going to Azteca as it has the most legit players , but personally i don't feel like starting over specially for a couple of friends i know at my server ( friends not mates ) .

I can have mates at any server i go but none would be like them , 1 i know in real life and 2 other friends and endless amount of mates .

Joymax Needs to up their game.

we dont have server traffic on azteca, we dont even have a server half the time.

statues were never the answer just dc and relog specially since most of the line is gold bots, they just need to keep banning every inspection even if its 50 bots or something.

much easier idea.... every hour, every1 in hotan constant and jangan gets dc'd.
theres well over 100 people in hotan stood at consignment with random names doing fk all...
and gold bot banning would be nice joymax!

oh and, server wide DC once every 5 hours (with a 10 minute warning)

No traffic at all at newer servers. Even Iris (not new at all) is still a one-time hit no matter which time of the day. It is true that old servers are getting crowded again, but that's no surprise, really.

It is in fact a solution. They dc much faster then they do now.
They were cylcing much faster resulting in a higher Login chance.
Now you have to wait to be lucky to get 1 dced so the next person can login.

The traffic line is still the same though, but because of less dcs the time is much longer.

I started my login last night around 9pm and got on around 12pm. To dc again on 0:30am...

well the reason of the nubs standing in hotan (especially @ consign) has to do with the fact that goldbots autobuy weapon elixers 500 k and lower.. its a bot function... if you drop your weapon elixer in consign for 500 k its sold within the second.. if they remove that alot of spots will open..

True, but trust me joymax wont do that...

That is just like the old times ^^

They didn't really lose alot of money , The thing is they just invested millions of dollars in new games that aren't released yet .
