Thinking about coming back to Sro.

hey, i played silkroad back in 2008-2009 and the reason i quit was because i could never log onto the server i played and when i could most of the players where bots, so i felt like the game had no legit community and it felt almost lonley.
now im just wondering if anything has changed , if you can log onto servers without a premium, if there are any servers where all of the players are legit players and not bots.
i used to love silkroad but the whole fun of the game was ruined by 2 hours spent logging in only to be around people who botted.

so what is the game still shithouse? like can you actully log on without having to buy a premium, are there still goldbots everywere, what about those spammer noobs are there still there..

-you can log on without prem
-yes, goldbots are prevalent but less so due to statues of justice
-spammers are still in every town
That said, the game has improved quite a bit and Azteca does have a large legit community of around 200+ people.
I'd be lying if I said it was perfect, though. The new job system kinda sucks, dc's are pretty common and the farming and sp rates are the same.

Also, have fun trying to level once you pass samarkand or Donwhang. Whole new game created called "Dodge the Watchers"

alright.. i have had my yearly sro-break again (lol)
and this legit movement on isro blows my mind
so i rushed to download isro again and created my char on Azteca!
already working on catching up with you guys =D

Uhmm, Tsume is around in some guild, I forget the name though. CBkilla aka Ziggy on isro is in Awalor. And yeah.

Actually i just quit yesterday lol.
I got a bunch of finals coming up and im most likely moving back to California in 2 months so i wont have much time to play anymore.

Actually I just quit 2 weeks ago lol.
I got a bunch of absolutely nothing coming up and most likely some more absolutely nothing in 2 months so I won't have much time to play anymore.

For servers with 0 traffic
Check rev6.
The newer servers have almost no traffic.
But also the older servers have only few traffic.
I am on zeus and login time is ranging from nothing to 20min at maximum.
*unless i get a dc error on login off course..*
But I do edit my login servers to .26 , cuz the .30s take much longer.

Come back but try and re-create what SRO was for you by joining a guild with people that used to play the game back then.

Ziggy sold his char, his char is now a bot btw. (was 24/7 at sungs but i dno now)

Wow its been years since i played this game. O.O Suprised to see its still alive.
Anything changed?
Still 24/7 full server of bots? Any english people? XD ( I know, but xD towards the end i quitted there was tons of turks lol, everyone person i might didn t know english :C).
This game still worth playing? Oh yeah i am not spending a pennie, not even a nickle lol.
ps :O If i want to come back i have to start again since i got hacked and scammed lol, buts thats okay cause alps is full of scammers so i am glad i got hacked.
Anyways this brings back memories before the European came :C

Yes, well, some of them decided to leave AGAIN for zszc. Others met drama, acted immaturely, or just don't have time to play anymore.
But there are still quite a few SRF'ers there.

unfortunatly we have lost about 10 to botting, about 50+ to ZSZC (no wonder people complain its too hard to level on sro, theyre never actually playing on it!)
and about 30 to being plvled by bots.
oh and about 5 due to falling out with players =(
