Skill updates? 120 cap? When?

First of all sorry, if there's already a topic concerning this.
So, what's up with the skill updates? Weren't we like to supposed to get some skill changes (bless disappearing after changing the wep, stronger imbues etc.)? Why didn't we?
Oh and any news about the 120 cap?

Because we can all look into the future we can say 120 cap is coming out in 6 months 1 week 2 days 3 hours 15 minuts and 6 seconds also the skill update will magicly apear the next time you open your client!
Serously unless your a JM employee how would anybody know for sure?

This year in kSRO. The update after Hunter vs. Thief definitly opens 120 cap.

It's because JM gets more money this way when the wizard turks and egys don't whine and buy a lot of silk. When they would make these changes, many noob whiners, who buy silk, may quit and JM's income is smaller.

This summer I suspect the 120 cap will be released....Yet again the caps elude some of us...I can just imagine how harder it will get

Somehow I think this cap will take a long time before its out.
End 2011 begin 2012 probably.
But certainly not summer.
