oh god... i can see it now... a bot to protect your bot from slave watchers. a bot' bot...

To be honest with you I'm ok with this...

I can't tell you how much I rage when I am happily walking out of DW only to get shanked by a Slave Watcher

My computer lags quite a lot so I don't usually see the Slave Watchers load onto my screen before it's too late

It really is a pain in the ass and on Azteca it seems like 80% of the time there are Slave Watchers waiting to kill me outside of town...

A new development is people spawning Slave Watchers at choke points around the map so that you cannot get to a certain area without passing a Slave Watcher. For example I've started to see Slave Watchers at the passage into the Ong area near DW... It's really starting to bother me.

look, to a certain extend i say yes, go ahead spawn those mathafaka's everywhere to stop the bots, but on the other hand, i say.. WTF i cant even walk to yeti's without getting pwnd by those bastards so im ok with the slave watcher watchers ... in a way....

Then try not to think about them and focus on staying away from Slave Watchers.

It does not matter how much Slave Watchers get killed since the people who spawn them just keep respawning them.

At least in Donwhang I can go mountain climbing to get away from the slave watchers. I know of at least one other way out of town besides that. Not sure about Hotan.

If you're going to fight the bots, you need to find a way to do it without hurting the real, legitimate players in the game.

To be honest, it's kinda funny, on Titan server, I wanna go out of Hotan from the south gate, guess what... Slave watchers, wanna go outside the west gate, guess what, Slave watchers, from north you can't get out of the city so east gate remains... go to the bridge, empty... wanna exit the bridge on the right side Slave watchers xD

But hey, you still can come from Samarkand to Oasis, Taklamakan... xD

Yeah, run to Karakoram North Dock and tele to Central Asia Dock. That's probably the safest way.

This wouldn't be an issue for someone that really wants to level up. But it could easily be a reason for new players to want to quit the game. It's a pretty large stopping block to put in front of lower level players that only have one or two hours of playtime to have to spend 10 to 15 minutes taking a longer way to grind because one person thinks they are really keeping bots out.

Legit player: Has to take their character from a diff town to hotan's areas manually everytime they want to grind.

Botter: Takes his character from a diff town once to its grind area then the bot does it automatically.

Which of the two is affected the most?

True, but the game is too way slow, so an extra blockage that can be avoided so or so *-.- it's just nonsense and it's consuming your time up (general players and botters).

I think there must be something behind this, like a hint. You can't pass them, so try maybe to send a Friend Request to the slave watchers, maybe they accept and let you pass. Nooo, stupid though, it must have to do something with the botters, maybe they are just scamers They pickpocket you each time you pass them.
