.26 & .27 servers down?

Is it just me or does SRO not login to .26 and .27 servers anymore?

Could you maybe confirm that with a cmd check?
Because when i check in cmd I see .28 .29 .30 comming up instead of .26 or .27...
While it used to be .26 only
