Well at the two guys you can create one. If you don't have a change alias option there you can't I guess, unless you leave your job and rejoin.

Is the 10 mil Penalty the only penalty , like will you have to stay a week jobless to re-enter a job .

nope .. u only have to pay the 10 mil for the new job .. there is no time u have to w8 for the new job

in the help guide it says you can edit your alias and pay a fee depending on your level, but they probably mistakenly put it in there from the old job system.

As said before, go to thief NPC. But i remember in the old days it was really expensive.

you cannot edit your Alias unless you leave the job and retake it
