Curious has there been any discussions on the upcoming silkroad 2 alpha testing in may or the recent merge with wemade makers of digimon battles and a couple other games

i never visit this section so dont know if either of these have been brought up and though i have no plans on returning to silkroad i might try beta/alpha for the new sro but i wont play long term more to see the changes

is this alpha test confirmed? O_o

I was thinking the exact same thing. I mean, we haven't heard anything about it. Well, sure, Joymax have talked about the game, but we've never seen any screens. They probably wanna build up even more hyip.

well thats why im asking here i dont play sro no more i come accross the odd article everyonce in a while they did originally say 2010 but thats gone i read they wanted to get alpha testing done at some point may 2011, unclear if it was open or closed testing though might not even be public.

but was really hoping one of you lot had more info then me on it

You will not be able to transfer your characters. This is most likely going to be a new game engine and since the game will be way more upgraded then silkroad there is no way they will transfer anything.

Why would they change the level rate seems to bring them enough cash from the people that stay.

I spent too long on SRO, so if I give it another shot, it will be sro 2 open beta at the soonest. Until then, I plan on gw2

How could you prefer any SRO to GW2?
