So, I was browsing around at various silkroad related websites and I stumbled upon this video I'm about to show you.
This gotta be one of the best Silkroad videos I've seen in a very long time. At least of it's genre. Despite that some of you may argue that he "copied" the way of fighting from Lopasas, and that his English isn't the best ever seen, the video still has so much to offer. It is made like a short film with a classic hero movie story. Now, one may argue that there are tons of such silkroad videos. But trust me, this one is by far better than any of the others. The music fits perfectly with the "story" of the video. What really fascinates me about this video, I guess, is that the creator used the very limited Silkroad in-game emotions in a very unique way, which looks awesome and gives a great effect! *SPOILER ALERT*

Like when he uses the greeding emotion to create an animation that looks like he is taking out the spear from his body.
So yeah, here is the video, I would really recommend watching it in 720p at youtube, in fullscreen though!
ps. Most of his other uploads are CRAP if you ask me, so I don't know how he have made THIS video so perfect. Eventually it isn't edited by him - don't know. It just looks like his English skills improved 100 times in this video, lol

Superb cinematography..especially in the beginning...The first fight scene sorta looked cheezy. You can see the superimposed dueling being dragged across the screen. But I have to congratulate the overall effort especially in creating movement animation that are not native to the game...Good work ...it is one of the best video I've ever seen indeed.

Sure, who doesn't love that one That's why the video I posted here is so awesome. I mean, most videos nowaday are crap, in my opinion. This one reminds me a BIT of the good old videos out there

I completely agree with you. It's not perfect, but just really well made!

True, great video editing etc. But the videos doesn't have a lot of story, really. It's just a show-off of what you can do with editing. And don't get me wrong, I LOVE his videos - they're extremely awesome!
However, in the video I posted here, there is both a great classic hero-re-birth story and a very innovative usage of the animations you can find in Silkroad.

it was exceptionally good, but seeing lolpasas's Speed firsthand before this one put me into a situation like seeing battlefield 3 before Homefront.
Regardless everything is really good, love the intro and the ending.
