... I just noticed they removed the stall network, did they really remove the stall network. If yes, then we're back to the manual 1 by 1 looking through stalls?

Stall network has been replaced with an auction house/concession system that allows players to sell items while they're not online or when they're playing game....I think it's better than the stall network..

The consigment is only present at Hotan , Jangan , Constantinople ( all share the same items ) .

Yes, I noticed this too when I returned to iSRO a week ago. So much has changed; the last time I played was at the 80 cap (specifically a month after Europeans were introduced). The Consignment Merchant is definitely a huge improvement over the old stall network system.
Despite my Rogue being in my level mid-40s already (Premium Gold Time PLUS is awesome!), I'm still learning new things about the changes that happened over the past few years.
