I got a chargeback block and I would like to pay but cannt nowhere find the bankaccountnummers of SRO. Nor another way to pay you for its only possible through the site and thats been blocked. Could you please give me the right information. Thank you in advance.

Rite... so if i understood well, you payed joymax, chargebacked, and now want to pay again?

Yes I had paid but through a short block on my bankaccount they (Joymax) the money, they blocked mySRO ount. All for the reason it count be paid... at that moment. BTW... your mainlanguage is English jaksje, or maybe Dutch..?

my mothertongue is Flemish/Dutch yes
But i have no idea how to solve that. Best thing that i think you should send a mail to their customer support

you must go through the third party by which you paid. tell them to send the money again and to contact joymax for you. if they wont youll have to search out joymax contact info and email them. it can take up to 3 weeks to clear these issues.
