[ARES] I keep disconnecting... is it me or what?

Today morning, i did a system restore on my computer for 2 weeks ago.
after that, i log on, and i disconnect EVERY TIME!
i do a FGW, i DC in the room before the chest.
I open a stall/storage, i DC
i can't play normally!!
Right now, im timing my DC... how long it takes each time to DC.
anyone else getting a problem like this in diff servers? or is it just me.
DC #1) - took 4:42 minutes
DC #2) - took 4:43 minutes
DC #3) - took 4:20 minutes
DC #4) - took 4:08 minutes
DC #5) - took 4:31 minutes
REINSTALLED IT, WORKS GREAT NOW!
