My friend logged on his character after inspection and noticed his bow was missing... just his nova bow and not his nova armor parts which was quite weird.

Did this happen to anyone else?

if he is sure that he is not scammed , he should send a bug report to joymax .

Not really a lot but it seems like a dull kitchen knife talisman I had on stall is missing. That's about it.

Oh hey look, a Nova bow just randomly appeared in my storage. Win?

Yeah he's doing it right now ASAP. He's not sure that he was for sure hacked (but they shouldve taken his nova parts if so).. the 2 people who had access to his account are people he really trusts, one of them being cousin in person and the other is whom I know very well that chills with us in vent everyday and in game.

i only have trust because they Don't send you automatic replies anymore when you ask a question or so and they somewhat look at bugs when enough people send them bug report . ( i maybe only entered srf recently but i know sro from long long time ( my newest char is wizzard )and i read a lot in srf before i registered .

I really doubt they are actually personally replying to it but if you say so lol

A few people lost their weaps when dying on Tigris for about a month ago. They all bug reported it and got their weaps back. One of the weap was nova +10 2h. Weapons was equiped.

yes they do send auto replies. i sent them a report to ask if trading gold for prem silk was allowed (since silk ITEMS can be sold for gold now) and i get a response telling me that its against the rules to sell accounts. it had nothing to do with my question.

well kinda weird , but the answer i got was kinda accurate . so here is the question and answer and judge for yourself if it is automateced .
1) why doesn't the attendace event work for me , i can check attendance but when i press the brown receive nothing happens ...

2) I got a lot of devil spirits B grade from the HAPPY event but when i try to use any of them it says " if devil spirit's awaken period is passed or not awaken , you can't wear it " but it has 7 days left and i am not using an A grade devil now .

and these 2 works with my friends .

thats actually a lot more generic than you are aware. its plausible that someone actually had to respond do to the bot they use couldnt address the question, but its not that complicated of an answer really.
