Blocked Due to the refund

Anyone encounter this problem ? I was purchased silk last month trough paypal and never receive the silk. and now they block me with this reason. Any idea guys ?

call paypal and ask what happend? then call joymax... or try too atleast

My advice:
Don't use Paypal. Same thing happened to me once, many years ago, still waiting for an answer.

I did contact the Paypal, Paypal reply me say that my payment already sent to joymax. so nothing problem with them. So i guess is joymax problem, Until now I haven't get any reply from joymax.

Yup, that's the exact same thing that happened to me.
Now Joymax will say they didn't receive their money and to take it up with paypal, and paypal will deny that and say they sent it to Joymax. Neither one will admit to having the money. This happens to me almost every time I use one of those third party companies. I'd suggest just paying straight with your debit/credit card next time.

Yup, that's the exact same thing that happened to me.
Now Joymax will say they didn't receive their money and to take it up with paypal, and paypal will deny that and say they sent it to Joymax. Neither one will admit to having the money. This happens to me almost every time I use one of those third party companies. I'd suggest just paying straight with your debit/credit card next time.
I just receive msg from joymax.

Wow, I'm surprised Paypal actually did that for you. They basically told me "Yeah right, take it up with them."
