Never heard of that lol...I'm pretty sure I got some unverified accounts, although they still get logged on once in a while.
Anyways, since you were going to log on Azteca just make a new account? =p Doubt you already had a char there?

Already done after cursing the account creation page for an hour, switching to IE and finding out that Firefox wasn't showing a popup that said the password has to be lowercase... Right now I'm trying to charge silk, one thing says paypal is available, but it isn't on the list... oh how fun it is to be back to this game...

If you're talking about the bar, they changed it to reflect the points (the thousandths), not the percents (the hundredths).

I think they changed it because at higher levels, you'd be looking at an unchanged bar for 30 mins and get discouraged. Now at least it moves a little. Makes you feel like you're accomplishing something.

Yeah that bar is for 10% every time. About the silk, you can't use paypal when buying premium silk so maybe you should check if you were looking at that instead of regular? ^^

Look again, it shows 2 categories, one for silk charge, and one for premium silk charge.

3. Premium Services
At the present time there are many JOYMAX Services which are available without paying any fees. JOYMAX also offers Premium Service which may, from time to time, provide specified additional benefits and options. Paypal got removed because you could easily scam joymax. Few of these people I know did it.
Possibly could just be ip restriction on who uses paypal

6-12 months to remove/delete an inactive account....Instant account deletion/ban upon chargeback......5+ years and still running to delete some bots...Joymax's patented operational process....It's a time honored tradition as well.

You're right, some countries had paypal removed. But not any of the western countries AFAIK.
