Looking for Insight/Knowledge/a community

Hi SRF... Let me start by saying I'm not trying to troll, insult the game.... Or actually even rant(I think).. But really it's just peoples opinions and inspiration, or just like minded people I'm hoping to find here. So I want to find a guild or community or whatever to play with so I can get 'into' the game a bit quicker
So...
First time playing.. Currently a level 19 2 handed warr/cleric... And straight to the point.... BOTTING. This was fine until I hit lvl19 and began to realize that no matter where I go there will be a bot there with me somewhere. (and that's not an exaggeration I swear)
At lower levels I just ignored and moved on as you do.... This is no problem right? I don't think it is.. Yet.
But now in later levels it's come to the point where I want to play with other people in order to make the game enjoyable to play and I just can't find anyone.
For example... I search the party searching thing and it's full of "lvl 1-110" with no description.
I join one of these and nobody there matches up to what I want to do, and when they finally do, I make my way over and it's g'damned bot.. (Yes apparently bots start party's up too)
So basically I think it must be down to both people that are too lazy to set a party with the correct limit/description and botters... Am I right or?
It's not just the botters, it's the players who just don't communicate or are just lazy
I'm on the Maya server, playing as a European as "Lionbane"... If anyone can help me out, please do, because lvl 10 up to where I am now has showed me that SRO CAN be, and probably is a great RPG.
Finally, I just want to know, even though I have a long way to go.. One person has told me that playing on your own is more profitable.. Well I'm not looking for profit, just a good game... But I have 2 players my level on my friends list (I guess I got lucky)
And it seems this guy was right, not only that but the difficulty jumps wayyyyy up... I can solo a quest quicker than with a friend. And I'm the lowest skilled and leveled in my group always... Doesn't seem balanced at all
Having said that.. Newb friendly guild anyone plox?
