Noobiest thing?

What is the noobiest thing you've ever done on SRO?

Mine would be back when I first started, in like 06', or something. Was like level 23, grinding on ghost bugs. And some how I managed to drop all my gold, which was like 720k. *which at the time was a TON of money, to me at least*. And has I hurry to try and pick it up, another characters monkey runs over and steals it.

Should have given it to me. I could've made it gold trim.

Oh Runescape. *rolls his eyes*

I tried to kill Hyeongcheon in Chin's tomb when I was lv10, got owned and came back and bring some friends, and we got owned again. I thought It was a boss.

I pretty sure I've done a lot of stupid things in sro, but this is the only one I can remember atm.

I've always wondered why it was there...

I didn't use imbue until i was in my mid 20's and i leveled up every skill tree to my level and maxed all skills to like 30-35. I was loaned a 16 sos spear and later someone scammed me and they took it so while my friend thought i was lvling using the spear i was actually using npc to raise money to either pay him back or buy a spear just like it lol. I can't remember which but i ended up getting an sos 16 shield at those fish things by the DW ferry. I needed to grind by the ferries and i remember always being on my guard watching out for trade runs because the high level (40+) lightning thieves would kill me. Hilarious times!

Wanted to drag my 32 SOS bow from my inventory to my storage, but accidently dragged it to the ground and it dropped on the ground. in those days we didn't have a conformation window when you wanted to drop something.

After that happened I almost threw my laptop out of the window and I quit SRO for one month lol, after that I returned again :D

I didn't even use potions till level 20+. I just sat down to heal every time.

Oh, and I wasn't aware you could scroll down in the skill lists till level 27. I was like, "WTH MENS?!? HOW'D YOU DO THAT?!?"

In an 4/4 party I dropped 100 mil and then picked it back up as a joke. SRO used to (probably still does) have a bug where you can't pick up that much gold..It was distributed to my party members who luckily were my friends and laughed at me for quite a while before giving it back.

Oh and I guess when I started out I didn't know you could scroll down the skill menu until like level 20..Think I figured it out after having to kill 200 chakjis or w/e those amphibian things were at like level 18

As most people i guess : i started off with a 1:1 hybrid glavier / spear build xD

I read in pretty well on the game after that, got some advice and started a good char.
Never been scammed, i've made countless scammers very happy (for a second or two) with a cape though.

'Hi i capy you wepon'
me: 'oh really? '
*gets invited to item auto share pt*
'Join ptttt'
*joins party*
'came'
'i capy wepon. drop on ground pik up'
me: but then you can pick it up right?'
'no i stend here'
*unequips weapon*
me: Hope this works ^__^
'it wark'
*drops cape, and picks it back up*
Me 'OMG WHERE IS MY SHINY WEAPON?'
'ehehehehehehe'
Me: Ah here it is, in my inventory as always, have a nice day.
'fack mather, bla bla bla'

Ah yeah i remember not scroll down either lol!

I also got tricked into thinking someone would help be a hunter for me on a trade run and when i was like 5 mins out of town he scrolls back and changes to thief and came and killed me and took my stuff. I was like 25 and he was like 45+ :slap:

Thats what i used to do hahaha and i didnt know about the skills either and i used swear alot at the npc theives after they killed me because i thought they was real players xD

A good time tho , i was on a trade run and 2 lvl 45 player theives was trying to spawn on me when i was only lvl 20 so i stayed on my camel running for my life from the jangan ferry calling for help in guild chat, Just as my camel was about to die my lvl 55 guild mate came dashing in and killed them both. :D

Nowadays you can't drop more than 1 gold at a time, but yeah, I remember one of my friends telling me that you could scroll down the skill menu too. I was like omg, awesome!
