Job temple... why am i getting less SP than someone else?

I am at job temple with a wizard (im a warrior), its only us 2 in a party.
I just found out ive been getting 4k an hour while he is getting 14k sp an hour.
Arent we in same party? shouldnt we be getting the same SP per hour?

Do you guys have the same speed? Both have pickup pets? How many times an hour do you turn in quests vs him?

Im using a speed drug 100%, hes buffed with 110% movingmarch
I have a pickup pet, i turn in around 9 quests an hour I think
and item is also set to auto share btw

We were both hunters
and now my whole 8/8 party is in job temple, im getting 3k sp per hour while another warrior is getting 9.1k sp per hour but most of us are hunters. does the majority of jobs really make a difference? it didnt seem so in my 2/8 party when the wizard was getting 14k per hour while i was getting 4k when we were both hunters
edit: Now that I think about it.. why the hell does my warrior never get drops in parties? People were getting like 8 drops in 8 hours in my 107 parties while i always had like 0 or 1 drops.. maybe the same effect is happening here
whats going on?

Is it not supposed to record the # of Priest Of Hunter kills sometimes? I noticed when I kill it and a party member interferes and kills it with me the # for the quest doesnt increase sometimes.. wtf..

Are you doing ALL the quests for that area?
A guild mate of mine was only doing one quest for awhile when he first started in there.

I am doing 5 quests, and the mobs im at is for 3 of the quests
Ok I just killed a Priest Of Terror with 100% of my damage, and it didn't record it in my quest, it records it 1/3 of the time for no reason
Anyone think my char is bugged?

thats just how it is, kinda like quest drop....sometimes you get sometimes not

4k vs 14ksp is ridiculous when you are in the same pty...It's shared sp/exp so that shouldn't happen. Unless he's got SP and EXP tickets on the go and you don't. Its weird.

From what I've heard, the kills are distributed among the party. SO if you have a party of 3, then you'll get 1 kill counted for every 3 kills made by the party.
As for the SP rate, are you both at the same mastery gap?

All this doesn't make any sense at all. If you are completely Sure you are in a share party, you both should get about the same amount of drops. Check if you are doing all 3 quests for that SP room - collect 50 drops, collect 100 drops, kill 100 mobs. After each 50 drops you should go turn the quest. Turning should go something like this in about 20-25mins cycle - turn 50 drops, turn 50 drops + 100 kills, turn 50 drops, turn 50 drops + 100 drops + 100 kills or something similar. Don't wait till you have all 3 quests finished to go to the npc.
Pick up pet - turn off gold, leave only item drops + quest drops (other stuff or w/e called). I don't know if you are in a party with a friend or just some random botter. If with a friend, be tankful to him for pwrlvling you
But in any case, try to kill next to him (not as he's in one corner and you in the opposite one).

Because like am I wasting time at lvl76 trying to farm sp? When I could level up and farm sp in the temple?

It's actually not that much, should be getting at least 10k an hour. Yes ure wasting ure time, get to 105 and you can 0 gap farm in the temple. Farmed me 2.4 mil there in about 3 weeks.

You're knocking out 3 quests by killing one mob. Each quest gives you 700 sp, and with a good party you finish each quest every 2-3 minutes. Sometimes youll find it takes longer to run back to the npc to turn in quest than you spend at the spot doing the quest lol.

4k an hour is very hard to fathom in temple. At the very LEAST you should be double that. Proof of Strength finishes sooooo quickly. That could be it. Do not wait till all 3 quests are done to turn them in. As soon as you get the 50bags for Proof of Strength turn that quest in. Waiting for the 100 kills and the 100 quest drops will kill your SP per hour.
Cash that quest in as often as possible. That quest is the MAIN reason ppl are getting so much SP. The other 2 quests are just a bonus.
