Could someone confirm this for me real fast?

How do you get Prem Silk? Is it just normal silk where you can buy through paypal? Or is it only able to be bought when you redeem those pre-paid silk cards?

Its only usable via pre-paid silk cards/e-pin.If you live in the U.S. e-pin is your only option, which can be obtained via Ultimate Game Cards/UP points/Playspan.
