Hi everyone.

It was the first time since several months to log on my 2 old hotmail account. I use it as an E-Mail verification for my 2 SRO accounts which I quit long time ago and decided to take a look on my character. However, when I try to get on the mail, it says wrong email or password. I m sure they are both 100% correct and have them written on a paper. Let's assume, I m writing a wrong password. But when I try to change the password, it says WRONG windows live ID. I am sure I m entering it correctly. Does Hotmail delete old emails or what could be the problem? If I can't access that email, then I can't change the password in the future if I decide to play again....:S
My hotmail for college works fine ( I use it frequently )

Can someone help me with whats going on? Thank you.

Anyways, I don't really know if they delete them or not. I doubt they do. Maybe it's a sign that you shouldn't come back?

i always have to type my password for hotmail twice,
the first time is wrong no matter what i do,
then i refresh the page and type my password and it suddenly works.

They don't delete accounts unless the users ask them to

You don't need to log on to hotmail to change your password. All you need is the email and SA.

Yes I know. But it says that the email is WRONG in the first place :S....
I can't go to the page where it asks me for the Secret answer...

@Pan_Raider But I have no problems with entering stuff. It's just wrong for those 2 accounts only!

You can go to lost id/pw on sro.net homepage and change it from there. If it says email is wrong then someone changed the email on your account.

Well, I m using the Email verification service.

So, if I want to change my password, I have to sign to that Email and copy paste the code to progress to password changing.

But that EMAIL ID...which is written on my SRO account email verification page, when I try to sign in to it on Hotmail itself, says WRONG Windows Live ID...how could that be?!?! :S :S

To make the problem more clear...

Now can someone explain to me what's wrong?

It says email OR password is incorrect. Looks like you have your email correct. Your password is not.

Yes. But when I try to reset the password, on the top picture, it says the WINDOWS LIVE ID itself is incorrect. However, it's EXACTLY the same one I used for my SRO account. That's what I am asking how could that be !!!!!!

idk maybe because you email is @hotmail.com not @live.com
So you should try hotmail.com and sign in instead of live.com... idk if that differs but it does for me
